THE DROPS

HWA offers you several drops during the year available only on our site!

Each drop offers exclusive limited edition products so if the product is sold out, you will no longer be able to find it. We very rarely offer restocks so don't ask yourself too many questions when copying your article. 

HOW DOES THE SITE WORK?

Don't panic if the site is closed, you don't need a code to enter.

 The site will open according to the drops. The opening dates will be communicated in advance on our social networks, in the newsletter and also on the home page of the site. 

So no way for you to miss this. 

DELIVERY 

All deliveries are made by Colissimo and Mondial Relay as well as UPS for Canada and the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. On average, the delays are 3 to 5 days in metropolitan France , 5 to 7 days in Europe and 5 to 10 days in the rest of the world.

Delivery costs are free in mainland France and in Europe over €140.

For the rest of the geographical areas, the amount of the delivery costs depends on the volume of the order, the geographical area of ​​delivery and the delivery method chosen.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAX

If you reside in the EU, you will not have to pay any additional taxes or customs duties.

If you live outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. HWA is not responsible for any import duties or customs taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

BREXIT and UK: The importation of articles into the UK may give rise to a customs inspection for which we provide the necessary documents.

We will not be responsible for customs duties or the time your order takes to clear customs.

DO YOU HAVE SALES?

HWA never does sales! For the simple and good reasons that we offer limited stocks, with an eco-responsible approach that aims to avoid loss or waste of clothes.

HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE ON HWA?

We currently use payment by credit card and the PayPal online system (possibility to pay 4 times free of charge).

I CANNOT TRY ON THE PRODUCTS, HOW CAN I KNOW MY SIZE?

We advise you to take your usual size, or even a size below if you wear the clothes in a fitted way. But otherwise, we put a Size Chart on all of our products.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS? WHERE ARE THEY MADE?

We have staked everything on the quality of our products , of which we control the entire manufacturing process. HUMAN WITH ATTITUDE products are all made in Portugal and subject to quality control.

WHAT ARE THE MAINTENANCE PRECAUTIONS?

We recommend that you do not wash the products at too high a heat so that they do not shrink. Either you don't have a machine (the hassle) …and it's done by hand with lukewarm or even cold water. Either in the washing machine at 30°C or 40°C maximum.

To keep a perfect and soft fabric over time, it's best to wash it inside out. Avoid the dryer, it damages the fiber and facilitates the arrival of pilling. Classic drying is better.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ME?

The return period is 14 days after the date of receipt of your package. After this date, returns will not be insured except in special cases.

For any return, you must contact us by email at the following address: Hello@humanwithattitude.com indicating the reason for return.

NO RETURNS WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WITHOUT PRIOR REQUEST.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless there is an error on our part or a product defect. Always remember to put your invoice in your return package.
